Goal (Big Picture)
To establish myself as a leading nursing informatics expert and
healthcare operations executive, leveraging Epic systems
optimization, evidence-based practice, and data-driven decision-
making to improve clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and
operational efficiency, especially in rural healthcare setting, within
the next five years.

Milestones Goals
Integrate Informatics into Leadership (0–1 year)
Fully embed nursing informatics principles into my role as Director of Clinics by streamlining documentation workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting clinical decision-making through Epic optimization.
Expand Epic Expertise (1–2 years)
Earn advanced Epic certifications in modules such as Ambulatory, Orders, and Reporting Workbench to strengthen my ability to lead EHR enhancement projects that align with clinic and hospital strategic goals.
Lead Innovative Rural Health Projects (2–4 years)
Design and implement at least one high-impact initiative—such as an automated medication safety system or a nurse apprenticeship program—to address workforce shortages and improve care delivery in rural communities.
